draw io diagram not loading

Hello,

I am using this for a course, and my students are suddenly unable to read my workflow diagram. They get the error:

Error loading file

Note a diagram file

I have not changed anything recently, it seems that the error just started.

I need some help with this as our course depends on this working correctly. Thank you in advance for any help.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but the diagrams I created and inserted in web pages are not working at the moment. They simply disappeared.

Can you share a link to the page that contains the diagram? Is there an error in the console?

The diagram is embedded as html on top of the page http://politichediateneounito.it/it/pagina-di-prova/, yet nothing appear and no error is registered in the console.
