Sequentially show layers or shapes with a single button

Hello

I am using custom action to animate a diagram. I have one use case that I can't seem to get working.

I would like to show several shapes sequentially by clicking on a single button,like you would do on a powerpoint presentation.

For example, I would like to show the shape "1" when clicking the button once,then the shape '"2" when clicking again,and so on.

I guess you need some kind of iterator or some kind of variable inside the custom action but I don't know if it is possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
