Permanently deleted a diagrams.net file from Google Drive (even from trash). I still have the link. Any way to recover it?

Hi everyone, I deleted a file from Google Drive that I created in https://app.diagrams.net. I have a link to the file, but the file is completely gone, even from the trash. Please help, how can I get it back?

if your google drive is a corporate account (one of their Workspace account things) you can poke your admin for recovery help. 

otherwise, it looks like your best bet is to request a Google Takeout archive of your data thru https://takeout.google.com/?pli=1 which may include deleted files per stuff i'm digging up on their support forums.
