I created a diagram in draw.io desktop app on Mac.

I am trying top import the same file on windows desktop app but I m getting following error:

Am I missing any step?

Hi,

What draw.io desktop version are you using? Can be seen under Help in the editor

Could you attach the diagram file so we could test it?

When you reopen the draw.io, is draft offered?

hi i have the same problem. i can create new diagram just fine. but then can't open it anymore. both in desktop app and in the browser as well. please help.
