Unable to open existing diagrams from Google Drive

Hello,

When attempting to open an existing diagrams.net file from google drive, we are getting the Authorization prompt, then it goes to a login error. Clearing cookies and cache fixes it, but if Chrome is closed out and reopened, the issue returns. Any ideas what may cause this? Screenshots attached. Screenshot 2023-09-21 100621.png

Any browser extensions common to both? Using a VPN?
