Is PlantUML import still supported

I tried to import plantuml by Arrange > Insert > Advanced ...

Platuml is not listed as an option.

I am using 18.01 desktop version on windows.

I have not used it but a web search indicates it is supported. Refer Insert PlantUML diagrams in draw.io for Confluence Cloud - YouTube

PlantUML is not supported in the desktop version because it requires a server

sure, then you can create plantuml diagrams locally without the need for draw.io.
