Unknown error while trying to read templates from URL for draw.io on my internal server

Dear madam/sir,

for a couple of hours I have been trying to import some templates for draw.io on my own server with NO success.

I always get an unknown error when I try to read any file, like this file for example:

http://draw.io/templates/business/bpmn.xml

the error is like this:

---

error loading file

unknown error

---

draw.io in on my ubuntu, apache server with the correct permissions (www-data is the owner with the full control).

Could some one help me to solve that problem?

I think Google App Engine doesn't apply CORS headers (even when you tell it to), so this is probably a cross-domain issue at a guess. But, the error is very vague, hard to be sure.
