How to draw a semicirle?

This sounds simple but I can't find an easy way to do it. I want a
semicircle symbol.

Can I somehow delete half a circle? ... or is is easy to write the
XML for this?

Hi Chris,

Just type "semicircle" or "pie" shap in Search bar and you'll get the shape.

Use small orange diamond shapes to modify the pie shape.

Ah, not quite what I'm after, I want an 'unclosed' semicircle, i.e. I
just want the arc without a straight line (diameter).

I guess I'll just have to draw my own as a JPG and import it to my
symbol library.

In that case use "arc" shape and modify it via little orange diamonds.
