cannot insert draw.io diagram in a new confluence page

ACTUAL

Confluence Create -> + sign -> Add draw.io results in this error. I am the owner of the confluence space and have full write permissions.

EXPECTED

Should not get the error and the confluence page should return to edit mode

NOTES:

I might know where the issue is - since this is a plugin and Confluence doesn't fully control the lifecycle of draw.io objects. Since we don't save the confluence page, draw.io doesn't have a reference ID (of the confluence page) to write to. Hence it errors out. Because it works fine on an existing page or a Confluence page that has been published at least once.

Regardless, a new user wouldn't know when they see this error , because for them JIRA/Confluence is one unified system
