Hello. Unfortunately, my computer unexpectedly shut down while I was working on a locally diagram. When attempting to reopen the file, the application displayed an error message stating "Invalid file data," and I have been unable to resolve the issue. The only file I have available is a backup copy (.bkp), which I have attached below. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Unfortunately, this backup is empty. What version of draw.io were you using when this happened? Can you attach the main saved file please?

That file is corrupted. Is this the desktop version or online you used? If online, where were you saving to?

OK, I read the full thread, it's desktop. Your main and backup file are both corrupted, there must have been some file system damage to open files at the shutdown.

We strongly recommend to use the web version for this reason, in Google Drive, for example, previous revisions are stored.
