Use of diagrams and figures for scientific publication

Hello everyone,

I'm planning to use a workflow and a figure created in draw.io for a scientific publication. These are both our own created models and not from any third party. Am I allowed to use these and are there any limitations I should be aware of?

All draw.io work.product is free to publish. Thats why they have licensed only capabilities in their pay2use product
