"cut off" shape for indicating elliptical / elided shape dimension

I am trying to visually communicate that the scale of a rectangle is too long to fully depict, so I wanted to use a 'cut off' section of the shape to indicate it isn't all depicted. I thought this was a common visual metaphor, but I couldn't find any shape in the Draw.io libraries that implemented it. Attached is a rough sketch of what I'm imagining. Does anyone know of a stock shape that implements anything like this? I'm having trouble trying to make it as a custom shape, myself.
