Error: ScriptError: Authorization is required to perform that action --> can't insert diagram from inside google docs document

Every time I chose Add-ons --> Draw.io Diagrams --> Insert Diagrams ..., it says:

Error: ScriptError: Authorization is required to perform that action.

I turned on, allowed all permissions it asked me for.

Please help! Thank you!

Hi,

My suggestion here is to repeat all the steps in another browser or/and Incognito mode

and clear cache and cookies.

Probably this happened if you switched to different Google account on the same browser.

Hi is this due to having multiple google accounts logged in and trying to use the not default account? Will you be looking at adjusting your script to change the account it is looking for (active account)?
