Drawing curved lines query: Timeline infographic

Hi all,

I've been trying to create a timeline troubleshooting guide for a project but I haven't been able to draw precise curved lines like those in the attachment.

I can see there are dimensions so i'm not entirely sure how to apply this to any curved line.

Any level of help will be much appreciated.

Draw.io currently doesn't have the tools to draw such visuals.
