ETIMEDOUT: connection timed out error when opening any file

Hi team,
I have almost all my PhD diagrams here in the file and for some unknown reason it stopped working today, even when I tried with the online version it didn't work.
Can you have a look at it

ETIMEDOUT is a network-level error — it means the connection to your cloud storage provider (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) is timing out before draw.io can read or write the file. It's not a draw.io application issue.

A few things to check:

- Which cloud storage are your files on?
- Can you access that service directly (e.g. drive.google.com) without issues?
- Are you behind a corporate/university VPN or proxy? These frequently block or throttle third-party OAuth connections.
- Does it work on a different network (e.g. phone hotspot)?

If it was working earlier today and nothing changed on your side, it may have been a transient outage on your storage provider's end — worth trying again now.
