Import graphml file not possible with Desktop Version of draw.io

Hello, we use the current draw.io Destop version (24.6.4) and would like to import graphml files. Unfortunately, the error message “Not a diagram file” appears. These graphml files can be opened easily with the web version of draw.io, but we would like to use the desktop version. Is it intentional or a bug?

GraphML import requires a server, which desktop cannot access.
