Can't create or load drawings.

I hadn't used draw.io for a few weeks. I went in to create a new diagram and it asked me to sign in to dropbox. I did, and it keeps giving me "Access Denied." I tried to open a drawing from my github account and it's telling me "File Not Found." I've authorized drawio in both places. Help?

Dropbox and GitHub are working for me. Have you tried clearing the browser cache? Are you using a branch name with special characters in GitHub?

I cleared my cache and restarted my browser. Same result on both Firefox and Chrome.

Do you have cookies disabled? What about the GitHub branch, any special characters? Have you tried clearing cookies, too (note: this will also clear the local storage and all diagrams stored in the browser!)?

I'm seeing the same behaviour, clearing cache and restarting browser didn't help.

I haven't used it in months but it used to work just fine.

Does it work if you start draw.io in incognito mode?
