I am new to Draw.io & heard a lot about making organisation Charts.

I have a CSV file as attached & need to import into your software draw.io, Can you help in this

There is no automated mechanism to import that format into draw.io. There is a mechanism to import a specific CSV format into draw.io, but not the CSV format you have.
