Draw.io - Docs, Slides and Sheets addon

Hello,

We no longer have access to draw.io's addons for Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. 

Is this normal? Are the addons no longer available?

I get a 400 error when I access the marketplace app pages in Google Workspace.

It is no longer possible to integrate draw.io files into our architecture documents in Google Docs.

Hi,

Those were pulled, yes. We didn't get approval from Google for the permissions they used. If you already have the addons installed they will still work.

You can just export a PNG of a diagram and put it in docs, as before, as a workaround.

This situation is extremely damaging for us. By proceeding as you've described, we're losing one of our key functions, namely the ability to update our diagrams centrally.

This unfortunately calls into question the use of Draw.io within my company.

Is Google likely to reverse its decision? Is it definitive?

I would summarise the latest update there as 'there may be a way for us to update the add on, but not ETA yet'.
