Container Items with different layers

Hello all,

 

i am working with different layers in my flowchart. I tried to assign a different layer to a text field in a container.

This doesn´t seem to work as the child (text field) always seems to take over the layer level of it´s parent (container).

 

To provide a workaround, I tried to place the field out of the container and group them with CTRL + G. Unfortunately

this wasn´t working either, since objects with different layers can´t be grouped.

 

Is there a solution for my problem or is it just not possible with my configuration?

 

I tried it with the draw.io Version 23.1.5 and the newest, 28.1.2 in the Desktop and the Webb App.

We run the Confluence Data Center although I do not know the version. It got updated this summer.
