File appears as blank when open in Draw.io Diagrams

Hey,

When I try to access a draw.io file and click on it through the Drive main menu, I see a preview of the image. However, when I open up the diagram itself, it is blank. For some reason the file defaulted to .xml format which is not what I wanted. I am simply trying to access the file and export as a pdf at this point. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When you open the diagram, under File->Revision History, can you see the correct version of the diagram?
