Unable to export PDFs – Access blocked

We are writing because we have suddenly been blocked from accessing the PDF export page on diagrams.net. We are redirected to these website :(

We work at a public hospital in Spain, and we love draw.io we use it to create clinical process maps, Lean workflows.. thank you for your work!!

Hey Mar,

in order to make the draw.io team's life a little easier, could you try exporting as PDF again to get the blocked message, and scroll down to get a Cloudflare Ray ID, and copy-paste the text into a reply for the thread?

This will let the team members who have access to the cloudflare to be able to investigate this MUCH more easily!

I imagine that it is still possible to print a PDF?

MENU: File > Print... [Ctrl+P] and print to PDF (Microsoft Print to PDF, in my case running Windows 11 as the OS)
