Failed to export to Image to google drive

Hi Team,

I have just created a very simple block dimension diagram, trying to export to Image to google drive

However, it requires me to login to google drive several times and turned out it failed with the below message.

"There was an error!"

"Deails: The feature you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

May I know if there is anything wrong with that? Thanks very much.

Does it work on another browser, or the same browser with all extensions switched off?

I tried both (browser in another machine and same browser with all extensions off), neither of them work

Still no luck, please see the error screen below.

I can export image by clicking 'open in new window', but i cannot export to google drive, looks very weird.

The problem still persist, this is problematic if I could not export a file automatically to google drive...

its troublesome to open in new window and download to local and then upload back to google drive manually...

Works for me. What are the exact steps to reproduce this? What operating system, browser and version are you using?

that's weird.

I am on Windows 7 64bit

Chrome 57.0.2987.133

Exact steps are

1. Click Export to any format(e.g. JPEG)

2. Click Export button, prompts how do you want to export, click 'Google Drive'

3. Loads for Authorizing

4. It prompts for signing in, click sign in

5. It prompts for login in to gmail again (which I have already logged in my gmail, I use google drive to create a new drawing)

6. Sign in does seem to work , it stays in the prompt for sign in page at (4)

7. I redo (5-6) again, but then it fails with the message "The feature you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Thanks for the detailed description! Just checked again on Windows 10 64 bit with Chrome 58.0.3029.81 and this works for me. The last screenshot suggests that there is a problem with the Google picker. Do you have any folders in your Google Drive? What happens if you click File, Move to Folder for a file stored in Google Drive? Are there any errors in the browser console?

I drag or right click file to move some files to folder and it works in google drive

The same problem persists if I use chrome visiting draw.io, it propmpts me to create new diagram or open existing diagram in google drive.

Having the same sign in loop and failure if I choose to open existing diagram option.

I can open existing diagram if i click the file from google drive , and further click open diagram in draw.io button

And what happens if you click File, Move to Folder (in draw.io) for a file stored in Google Drive? Do you have cookies disabled?

Man you rock! It's all about cookies

I previously checked draw.io is in the cookie allow list.

Unfortunately, when i check show cookies on other sites

I have to further allow cookies to be set for drive.google.com, api.google.com...etc

Now it works flawlessly!
