I have embedded a diagram which is currently saved in a Google Drive. I can see it in the browser when logged in on Chrome. Nobody else can see it. Is there a setting which grants permissions to "public" for embedding diagrams on websites?

You need to set the file as public in Google Drive

Thanks, Ashraf. I tried that already, and still cannot see the diagram except when logged in to Chrome.

You may have to recreate the embed code after changing the permission.
