I use Crome.

I got window lock, after disappear menu bar

I tested Windows key + L. This locked my comp but after pass was typed in, all menus were shown well. Then I repeated all the steps with a diagram stored in GDrive but still couldn't reproduce the issue (I see in "before" image you used file saved in GDrive). Also icons Theme, Full Screen and rest are not displayed in your "after" image. They should be in the same line as the toolbar you are seeing.

Could you attach a print screen of the whole browser window please?

Do you have any browser extensions installed?

Were there any additional steps you performed before the issue happened or just Window key + L?

i opened many page (diagrams)

i closed all that

so, worked(opened) menu tab
