Does The City of Sydney's 2030 proposal to underground the western
distributer [Darling Harbour fly-overs] and remove the Cahill
Expressway contradict their otherwise mostly credible sustainability
initiatives? Seems these are massive capital works projects that
propose to simply upgrade one form of motor vehicle infrastructure
with another at a huge expense.
