In an attempt to pirate windows, a coworker of mine has downloaded a fake windows activator from a website. he choose to disable KIS thinking the activator is genuine and install it. Now his computer behaving erratically.
Got it. While we are checking the installer package, please go to folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\Tasks\, create here a folder with any name (e.g. 'test') and move all the files and folders in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Tasks\ to this newly created folder ('test'). Restart PC, will the detect still occur?
The detection still occur. However, after I moved everything to Test folder, I noticed something had launched a command prompt upon restarting. The Task Folder now has a Folder of Microsoft, TEST, and WPD.

I would also like to add that every couple of minutes my SSD usage jumps to 100% and my game completely freezes even though it's on the HDD. Also, CPU is at 100% usage at all times when playing. Could this really be because of the KMS activator?
Your SSD is limited in size as you can see from the numbers. Having a 110GB SSD for someone that is playing Games and using uTorrent is sort of a losing battle. You might want to consider getting at least a 256GB SSD drive. Regardless you should enable System Restore and create a new Restore Point. Then figure out where you can move some data or uninstall stuff so that you can have some free disk space.
Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or post it to your next reply.
It seems like it's better, but somtimes the processes are still jumping in usage (1 - 30%) in Task Manager... Mostly "Service Host" ones, System interrupts, Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service, Microsoft compatibility telemetry...
CS:GO for example runs normally, but when I'm on desktop or playing i.e. Modern Warfare the disk usage and CPU spike to 100% every minute, and the GPU is at only 10% usage for some reason but I have 100FPS in game. When the disk usage jumps to 100%, everything completely lags out, game completely freezes for a few seconds, then after that it starts to stutter, after that it becomes normal again. It happens every minute or so but only in some games and when surfing the web or leaving the PC idle on desktop. Also, when I'm stressing the GPU it stays at 2-3% usage??? All other games have become laggy too, except for CSGO which runs completely fine and when I play it, the GPU usage is OK, around 30%, just like it used to be before. Maybe you know the fix for this. I have a feeling that the last Windows update ruined everything.

I don't play Modern Warfare but I assume it's an intensive resource usage game as most games are these days. You're using almost all your memory so once that happens then data needs to be swapped to hard disk and back and forth and that takes a heavy toll on the disk IO.
