drake --upgrade Creates drake.log File (And Tries to Run Drake)

to drake-workflow
When I run
drake --upgrade,
what happens is that it correctly upgrades, but then at the end it tries to run drake itself, although that's not what I want it to do. And it produces a drake.log file in my home directory. I think this behavior should be disabled, or is there any reason to have it that way?
