guys
so here are the liquor featured by Bacardi tonight and all of those
are comps until 11 pm
please RING in everything
Bacardi Portfolio: to include
Bacardi Superior
Bacardi Oakheart (Spiced Rum)
House of Grey Goose (Original, Cherry Noir, La Poire, L'Orange, Le Citron)
Dewar's 12yr
Bombay Sapphire
Corzo tequila (Silver)
D'USSE Cognac
Monster energy drinks. NO RED BULL UNTIL 11pm
those liquors are all in the middle feature at main and pool btw good

night barback at 10:30 break i down and put it back the way it is
everynight, andrew and brandon will assist in case you dont remember
another liquor feature and comp tonite is the Becks beer, lets make
sure you guys at 5:30 bring it all up and put it on ice in busstub on
the floor at main svc2 and pool and put some in our fridge but not too
much that will avoid too much work at 10:30 for us
those beer WONT be rung in
attached are the feature cocktail for tonite please memorize them
bartenders and barback
andrew and brandon post those receipies at svc1 and every bars in case
one of the bar staff forget about it
Grey Goose Cherry Noir Celebration cocktail
1½ parts GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka1 part ST-GERMAIN®
Liqueur ½ part fresh lemon juice½ part pomegranate ( its in P1 or
svc1) juiceTop with champagneCombine first four ingredients in a
shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne glass. Top with
champagne and present with a cherry.
GREY GOOSE® LA POIRE CRANBERRY CAMEO
1½ parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka1½ parts club soda1½ parts
cranberry juiceIn a chilled rocks glass filled with ice present with
cranberries on a cocktail pick or a lime wedge
Grey goose fresh feature
2 parts of GG vodka, 1/2 part fresh lime juice
3 parts of ginger beer
guys make sure we got all ingredients at every bars
Lounge will be open as a green room from 7 to 3 am bartender please
ring in everything and its comp

at 10:30 adam close svc2 and move right away to main 3, kris and mo
will break it down fast and will clean it after the club close
tonight its banquet pay from the time you come in until 11 then regular pay
everybody lounge included is in the same tip pool
