Happy Christmas Everyone.

We have booked the same area as last time in Dirty Dicks by Liverpool Street Station.

The downside is that we have had to pay a deposit although not massive I think it represents 10000% of our funds.

We will lose the deposit if no one turns up on the nights.  I know Wednesday will have attendance grateful if at least one group from each night could confirm that they will be attending.

Those who played last night, what time were you able to stay until, and how did you find it in general?

We were there till about 21:45, A waitress came round to tell they'd be closing the upstairs room at 22:00, it did not impact us as we wrapping up anyway at the stage,

The venue was nice but rather dark. Normally I would not regard that as an issue but in this specific instance, it made using colour coded dice a little challenging (could not really tell the white d6 from the yellow ones).

We were there last night too, it was not too bad, tables very close together so would not suit quiet groups or those that need a lot of space. Food was nice (butterscotch pancakes!) and yes, the upstairs closed early by our standards but we also were wrapping up early anyway so it didn't affect us either. It was great just to be able to finish the year and tidy up the loose ends so thank you Owen for sorting us out :)
