Monday and Tuesday are in the Function room
Wednesday we are in the restaurant. I am tempted to see if we can all fit in the new space. It will be tight but lets see if it will work.

just a little addendum to this one (forgot to post it last week!) - Tuesday night were relegated to the restaurant rather than the Function Room.
Can I ask, do we have anything in place with staff to let us know about changes like that? The reason I ask is that the difference in rooms makes a big difference to what gamin materials I need to bring - if we're in the restaurant then I bring a small rucksack that holds a folder and a laptop, as that's all the room we have due to the smaller space. If we're upstairs, I bring in all the other materials we use, such as the maps, figures etc. which means an 80 litre backpack. It's quite hefty, which I don't mind as long as it will get used, but it's pointless bringing all that in if we're downstairs as it just takes up badly needed space.
Do the reps get called or emailed about changes to our location?

Er looking back at the group it looks like I did not post for the week starting 22nd September.
In theory if there is a late change I should get an email and update via the Google group.
I do need to get a refresh of who the Monday and Tuesday reps are though.

For Tuesday night that would be me at the moment. We really need to update the Tuesday bookings as well, There's usually at most 3 groups there now on any one Tuesday.
