Hey,

So I've posted about a game I want to start running on a Wednesday, assuming that the fact there is a vacant slot meant there would be room for me. However, someone has responded indicating this might not be the case. How do I go about getting confirmation of this one way or the other?

Thanks in advance,

Phil

Okay, given the response to the census (which feels very incomplete to me), where does that leave things?

As a club we're rather loosely managed.

Our capacity is about 5 groups. We have looked, and thought about options, but anything more would be uncomfortable to say the least, and rather unfair on any sixth group.

One group on Wednesday that I know regularly attends hasn't replied. So given this, i can conclusively say that Wednesdays are currently full. Even if attendance has been patchy recently (will discuss that another time).

It currently looks like Tuesday would be the only night with space for a new group, with the possibility of Monday. Although i can't say that, similarly to Wednesday, there isn't a group attending on Mondays that hasn't replied yet.

I would have to agree,  if you wanted to cram around a small table then it could work but it might be uncomfortable.

There is plenty of room on Tuesday but i appreciate that may not be convenient.

If you want please pop by and you can see what we mean.
