Help LPS8-V2 all data lost

Hi All,

I have a Dragino LPS8-V2 running Chirpstack V4
Last week suddenly I could not login anymore it looks like the database ws corrupted.
Has anyone had the same problem?
Reboot did not help, finally it seemed that i could log in with the standard credentials and al my setting where gone.
It looks like a spontane factory reset??
I have to reenter all the devices, next time I would like to have some kind of backup.
How can I make a backup so that in case of a reset I can restore all settings and devices?

Hi, Geert

Did you configure something that caused the database to be lost?
Currently, lps8v2 does not have the function of backing up the built-in server chirpstack. I will contact our team to see if this function can be added to LPS8v2.
