Hi

I encounter a weirdo issue with a LHT52 device. It was installed since at least 2 years and working perfect. It's linked with TTN network and I have a TTN gw at same place.
While I was away the LHT52 went offline. I suspected batteries were dead. When back on site I changed batteries in it and made a reset of it.
It briefly blinks green, then red then blue and then comes back at green during 5s. If I understand well it means it joins back TTN network.
Unhappy on my gw I see no traffic coming from that device in TTN console and the device itself in TTN is still shown as offline.
Any ideas what's the problem ? It looks like it's joining an other network....

Thanks

Vincèn

I have deleted the device from TTN console nearly 24 hours ago now, but if I power back the LHT52 it still joins straight a LORA network. How is that possible ? Issue in TTN server that would keep device registered even if deleted in console ? Not sure what to try next to find out the problem ??

Hi, Vincèn,

According to your description, the node is restarted successfully, and then we need to observe whether the green light is steady for 5 seconds to preliminarily judge whether the node is connected to the network.

Does it work if you re-register the node with TTN using the original keys and reset the node again after registration?
If the above operation does not work, it is possible that your node's keys is the same as that of another node, and you need to manually configure new keys.
Then you need to reconfigure the key using the AT instruction.
How to use AT Command to configure LHT52:

Configure DEUI, APPEUI, APPKEY:

Hi Ting

Thanks a lot for your answer. I have well the 3 color sequence when I put back batteries in it. If I push the reset button it ends up well with 5s in green which implies it joins a network. When I check on my gw I see no traffic.

What confuses me is that it was working perfectly fine and no more messages suddenly in TTN console for device as it had no more battery. I just don't understand how an other node could use same key as it was joined on TTN network since more than a year so no other device can steal the "place" no ?

On TTN console it's very strange but not sure I'll get an answer from them about it. I have deleted the node from console and when I add it back few hours later it displays all history of the node I have previously deleted so perhaps it's an issue in TTN network/console ?

I'll try to reconfigure the key if I can find back the special adapter that is somewhere in my mess :-D and tell you results

Thanks

Vincèn
