Need help with : LDS03A / DS03A Door Open sensor w/ Helium Lorawan

Hello, 

I am using  LDS03A  and DS03A door open sensors with Helium. 

Currently the  sensors are reporting data up door open or close events. 

I am wanting them to generate an alarm if the door goes from close to open position and stays open for 10 min, and continue sending the alarm code every 3 min until the door is closed. 

Base on the WIKI,  sending  AT+TTRIG=1,30  as an example should do the trick . 

for testing purposes, I am sending  0xA9 01 00 1E  (Base64:   qQEAAB4= )  via helium download,   However this is not generating any alarm packets. 

Can someone advise as to what I may be doing incorrect ?
