Sending downlinks to Dragino LSN50 devices over LoRa doesn't work

We have 300 Dragino LSN50 devices and try to send different downlinks to them:

•  payloadHex - 0100012C – Change the upload intervall to 5 Minutes
• payloadHex - 2601 – Info
• payloadHex - 2603 – Info (Software Type)
• payloadHex - 04FF – Reboot
• payloadHex - 04FE – Reset

It seems that none of these downlinks reach the devices although they were sent properly. Nothing happens on the device no matter what we send.

 

 What can we do, in order to send downlinks to the devices over LoRa?

Are you getting the normal regular data messages from them?

Yes, the regular data is being sent to the sensors every 20 minutes (default).

I have learned, that after an uplink there is also a downlink being processed right away. I could change the upload intervall through such a downlink:

payloadHex - 0100012C – Change the upload intervall to 5 Minutes

But there is no way of rebooting, resetting or getting any other information from these devices through downlinks.
