Is this flow meter on the wrong frequency?

I am in the USA , so I use the 915 mHz range. I have been trying to figure out why this new sensor SW3L flow meter wont work. I ran the uplink code from github for this device, and it showed me this.... Notice the bottom right corner.

Before I return this, this is proof that it is on the wrong frequency, correct?

Can I change it to 915 in the AT settings with the UART to usb adapter? If so, what serial monitor do you recommend?

Do you have USB-TTL?
Not sure if you bought the wrong frequency

1. First check whether the key is filled in incorrectly. Many customers will confuse APPKEY with APPKEYS, and confuse DEUI with APPEUI

2. The second step is to check whether the frequency of the node, the frequency of the node filled in ttn, the frequency of the gateway, and the frequency of the gateway filled in ttn are consistent

3. The third step is to check whether it has received the uplink of the node through the gateway log

4. Finally, check whether the join request has been received in the live data of the ttn gateway
