Inquiry About Configuring CPL03-LB/LS

Dear Support Team,

I am currently using the CPL03-LB/LS sensor and facing challenges configuring it as per the expected behavior. Despite following the instructions in the manual and sending appropriate commands, the device does not respond as intended.

Issue Details

1. Count Mode (CMOD):

   • The device remains in "SUM" mode, even after attempting to change it to "PART".
   • Command sent: AT+CMOD=PART (Payload: 0B 01).
   • The pulses are not resetting after each uplink as expected.

2. Report on Change (ROC):

   • I have enabled the ROC for PA4, PA8, and PB15 using the following command:
     • AT+ROC=1,1,1,1 (Payload: A8 01 00 01 01 01 01).
   • However, the payload returned still indicates "PAx_ROC": "FALSE" for all pins.

3. Uplinks:

   • I am using FPort 7 for uplinks and FPort 4 for downlink commands.
   • The device does not trigger an uplink when there are state changes on the dry contacts (PA4, PA8, PB15).

Hi,Miguel

1. It may be that the downlink failed and the device did not receive this command.

Can you take a screenshot for us to check whether it resets the counter after uplink?

2. By default, the PAX status of three decoder devices is reported

3. You need to set it to trigger mode, please refer to the link below
