Help Needed: SDI12-NB-GE Stops Working in Vineyard - Seeking Your Expertise

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced a Dragino over NB-IoT stopping after a few days of operation? It's the SDI12-NB-GE in my case.

Here’s my situation:

• The first time, it ran for about 10 days and then stopped.
• It was manually restarted by a customer, but it seems to be off again after just 2 days.

The sensor is brand new, deployed in a vineyard with medium but stable coverage (around 20-23), and the battery is at 100%.

What could be causing this behavior? Is there a configuration where it stops if it detects poor network conditions, or could the SDI-12 sensor be consuming too much power on the 12V?

I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions regarding this issue.

Can you print your device configuration and serial output for us to check?

It doesn't stop working when the network is bad, it still tries to send packets every TDC period.

Can't you detect the device information on the server?

Or it doesn't work when you press the button on site
