Problem with CAT-M BG-95M2 CA AUTOSELFT CERTIFICATE

I have 6 Dragino devices model DSS75-CS "distance sensor" with BG95-M2 modem. I have tried many dragino firmware to publish via MQTT with my Broker that uses authentication with user and password without success.
a) I need to use from Dragino "CA signed server certificate", as I do with the MQTT FX client. I have not been able to.

b) If I do not use "CA signed server certificate" then use PEM certificate from my broker EXOSITE on the Dragino device.

I have tried with PEM certificate and without success. I did the following steps:

1) I burned certificate.hex using STM32CubeProgrammer
2) I installed the PEM certificate by placing "}" at the end
3) I burned the bootloader.bin
4) I burned the DDS75-CS.hex
5) I put all the AT commands necessary to connect with my broken

Nothing worked, it says error "Failed to send".

Can you help me? More than anything I need to use point a) "CA signed server certificate"

Maybe you failed to write the certificate.

①First burn the firmware used to write the certificate: Dragino NB device connection to AWS platform instructions - DRAGINO

②Three different instructions are used to write the certificate, with the certificate input between the AT command and }.

③Do you see a message indicating that the device has successfully written the certificate?

Only after you see the message that the certificate has been written successfully do you burn back the boot loader and working firmware.

④Regarding your device configuration, can you print all the configuration using AT+CFG and send it to me for review?
