DLOS8 gateway on TTN v3

HI there, I'm trying to configure a new DLOS8 gateway for TTN v3.  I've created the gateway in the v3 console, which shows Gateway ID, Gateway Server Address (eu1.cloud.thethings.network) and Frequency Plan (EU_863_870_TTN).

In the DLOS8 WebUI, on Lorawan Configuration page it shows matching Gateway ID.  Under Primary Lorawan Server, Service Provider is set to Custom, and Server Address as above (eu1.cloud.thethings.network).  System Overview page shows all services connected with green ticks.

The v3 console shows gateway disonnected and not seeing any traffic from devices, is there any way to test connectivity?

The keypoint is that you need to input Gateway EUI.
