Helloi have a problem with a scan on my printer, it says that i need to install some extra drivers. I can print with mic word though but i cant scan at all, please helphave a troubleneed some drivers

Then download the latest full feature driver from -en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-m1132-multifunction-print... and install it on the computer after selecting the correct operating system.
Perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. Good luck to you. I will keep a watch for your response. Please remember that we are not overloading you with a lot of troubleshooting steps. Instead, we are as eager as you are to get the situation corrected.
It was OK, but now, my windows lost my printer. OS is win10 (64-bit). During the driver installation for Laserjet M1132 MFP it asking to connect printer to usb, but it's already done. To change ports does not helps. No connections. USB works, because other devices visible. Attempts to remove power cord, not helps as well. May be printer has any RESETT option and it will help?
I know these steps. Earlier and right now as well attempts does not fix: during the installation LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution at the middle somewhere asking to connect printer, but it's connected(!). Changing the cables also not helps.
I have used HP LaserJet Pro M1132 for my laptop about half a year ago and everything was ok with the driver. I have reinstalled Windows 10 (64 bit), and now I can't install the driver for 2 different computers with Windows 10. I have downloaded this file -en/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-laserjet-pro-m1132-multifunction-printer... and after unpacking 100%, the installer just closed, over and over again, for different computers. Windows can detect the printer but can't find the driver for it. HP Smart can't find the printer at all. Thanks.
As soon as you open HP Easy Start, click the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software...
Read any warnings that display, and then click Continue. When prompted, type your administrator user name and password and follow the steps on screen.
Click Set Up New Device, and then follow the instructions to reinstall your printer with HP Easy Start and check if that may work.
If you experience any issues, open HP Easy Start again, from the HP Easy Start menu select Preferences.
Click on HP Easy Start.log and the log folder will launch, please reply me back via a Private Message with the log content attached, please clarify if you may not able to access private messaging.
Now the printer is working, only for Mac, but every time I run HP Easy Start 2, I need to install 500+ Mb of the driver, over, and over again. The main issue was with Windows since I do not want to utilize this printer via Mac.
Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zS1234)
Double click HpSetup.exe and the installation should launch, then follow the steps on screen to complete its setup.
