Exciting news in Drafty land!
Our new 4.0 version is up and running at drafty-app.com. We have a ton of new features available in our Pro subscriptions and bug fixes for everyone. Take a quick look at our new features here or just dive right in and start playing.
1) NEW. Beam Visualizer. Focusable 3D representation of your light beam at stage floor and +6’. With adjustable shutters!
2) NEW. DXF Import. Brand new DXF parsing engine allowing for import of CAD files from virtually any drawing program.
3) NEW. Group/Ungroup. You can now create (and destroy) user definable groups of objects for better organization of your drawing.
4) NEW. Scale to Points. For use with Imported DXF elements, or any other geometry in Drafty. Click two points with a known distance and scale to the desired length.
5) IMPROVED. New layout for a more logical grouping of buttons and tools. Also frees up more desktop real estate.
6) IMPROVED. Crisp, clean, and modern look and feel to the program and website.
7) FIXED. Bug fixes. So many bug fixes. We killed so many bugs we might stop making software and start an exterminator business.
