So I've just recently come across this app after I saw it mentioned on Facebook, and I'm generally impressed and certainly considering moving ahead with purchasing. It's more or less intuitive once you get a feel for the design style, and I'm sure given a bit of usage things would come more naturally, I was able to whip up an easy plot without much fussing around and only a bit of hunting and pecking to find things.

I'd love to see  Elation Platinum Beams, ZW-37 and ZW-19 objects in the movers options

While I know the rack design is intended more for video and audio racks, I would love to be able to do my ML distro, FOH and data racks in it as well, but the options for rack inserts are a little limited at the moment. I would love to see the ability to insert larger than 3U objects into a rack to represent motor distros, moving light PDs etc.. There's no need for a bunch of different custom options at first, just more size options and and you can use custom text to make due. (half width options would be nice too for opto splitters and such that lock in 2u high and 2 units across) In the longer term it might be nice to build up a lighting rack object collection as well.

Overall, I'm quite impressed with the options and abilities available here at a much more reasonable cost than full blown CAD software.

Thanks for the feedback!

We will absolutely get those Elation fixtures into the app by next Monday at the latest.

As for Racks you can drag the control handle on the bottom of the component to make it any size you need. Also, if you add a properly formatted image it ought to insert at the correct size. At the moment we do not have plans for further development of the rack object library due to the near infinite array of options. We do have plans to allow you to 'split' a rack unit into halves, thirds, quarters, and fifths. It is not high priority currently but we can look into bumping it up if there is sufficient interest.

Hope that helps!
