Greetings Users!

Big under the hood improvements. And a few treats.

1) Improved. Splash page load time now 20X faster. Includes new design.

2) New. Dimensions now have the option to dimension from CL.

3) Fixed. A bug that would occasionally prevent light from attaching to the last rung of a 2X Boom.

4) Fixed. A Bug where a position could lose its name if all lights were removed from it.

5) Fixed. Mirror lights bug that would cause incorrect rendering of unit information layout. 

6) New. More lighting fixtures including XWFL PARs and generic LED Lekos.
