Mostly bug fixes this month.
1) FIXED. Better translation and language handling.
2) FIXED. A rendering bug with the Shadow Style on the Titleblock
3) FIXED. Multi-circuit striplights now sort correctly per-cell.
4) FIXED. Pagination on multi-page Hookups and Instrument Schedules
5) IMPROVED. Better rendering of Signal Flow objects
6) CHANGED. Adding objects via the buttons adds them to the center of the plate rather than the 0-0 point.
7) FIXED. Channel incrementing works in Database Manager for Dimmer values.
8) IMPROVED. Better Rack rendering and component handling
