snap to focus points

how can I assign certain lights to a focus point so they stick to it.

eg: I'm "snapping" a S4 to a focus point on PLOT and its direction will follow when i move that focus point.

Focus points do not currently work like that. Right now they are used with our Auto-Worksheeting tool via the Make Plot button to generate lighting systems. We have on our list to add the functionality you are asking for, but do not have a timeline for implementation.
