no emails replayed and nor phones picked-up regarding this issue.
however, a 180USD is given in advance to person who's name Abdel-Rahman Al Tawaha in Al Hussein Bin Talal University, JORDAN Maan, to process the publication.
please be aware and spread this message out !!!
