Asean Japan Workshop

all DMO students based at DMO labs in block H,

For your information, the DMO labs will be visited by the Asean Japan Workshop participants on 11 June 2014). Therefore, all of you will be required to help prepare for the visit. Your tasks are as follows:-

1. Prepare a 5 minutes presentation about your research (1-2 slides on Research title/Objectives/Progress).

2. Extract the 1st page of one of your selected publications (email to suhaila....@ukm.edu.my).

3. Your attendance during the lab visit is compulsory.

4. You are responsible for tidying and cleaning your cubicle area.

The deadline for the above is on 6 June 2014 (Friday). We will visit the lab at 10 am on 6 June 2014 to see your preparation.

All supervisors are to ensure that theirs students do the preparations as above.
