Assalamualaikum and Hello,

Dear Students,

Herein attached is RPA2 form for you to fill out. Please send the complete RPA2 to the Graduate Management Unit before 27 June of 2014.

Make sure you sign your name at the counter when you submit your RPA. Please forward this email to your friends as our mailing list is not complete.

Please be advised that you need to attached your RPA1 together with RPA2 when you meet your supervisor(s) to discuss your achievements for this semester.

Please prepare your RPA even though your supervisor (may sometime) forgets to remind you. This RPA is an important piece of report for the management to monitor the supervision and for the students to defense their achievements by letting the supervisor knows what they have done for this semester.

All PhD and Masters students are required to submit this form to UPS. Masters students who have not registered their thesis are excluded from this exercise.
